Named for the warmth of the sun, Solana captures a bright afternoon on the waterfront. The scene is washed in a brilliant lens flare as a lone ferry boat cuts through the water. It’s a snapshot of a city on the move, bathed in the rich, hazy light of a perfect late afternoon.
Aurelia translates to "the golden one." This image is all about the contrast of light and shadow where the deep, cool tones of the water meet the last warmth of the sun.
